What is Phone Banking?
 
Phone Banking is a telephone banking service that gives information about your account at any of our branches, from anywhere, at any time. It allows you to make certain requests to the Bank regarding your accounts. It also provides you with information about other products and services of the Bank.

How do you get started?
 
IDBI Bank will provide a 4-digit Telephone Identification Number (TIN) and activate it on receiving your signed consent form. You can change your TIN to any other 4-digit number as many times as you wish, at any time.
 
Q3
How do you access your account?
 
A phone and your 4-digit TIN are all that you need to access your account and conduct Phone Banking. 
 
Q4
How to use Phone Banking?
 
  • Dial the local Phone Banking telephone number. After the recorded welcome message, dial the relevant number to select the option of your choice
  • Enter your Customer ID and TIN if you want to access your account
  • Key in the various numbers on your keypad, for the services of your choice as directed
  • At any stage, dial 8 for previous menu, 0 for main menu and 9 to speak to Phone Banking Officer
