What is the minimum balance that I need to maintain in the SuperSavings Account? 
 
You need to maintain an Average Quarterly Balance (AQB) of Rs 5000 in the SuperSavings Account.

What is the rate of interest applicable on the SuperSavings Account?
 
Interest @ 4% pa is applicable on the SuperSavings Account.

When is interest credited to the SuperSavings Account? 
 
Interest on your SuperSavings Account will be calculated and credited every financial year quarter i.e. on the last day of June, September, December and March.

When will I receive my account statement?
 
You will receive your account statement the month following every financial year quarter i.e. July, October, January and April.

Can I use any branch across India to operate my account?
 
Yes, you can access and operate your account from any branch of IDBI across India. You can electronically transfer funds from one account to another account in any branch across cities free of cost. You can withdraw and deposit cash upto Rs  50,000 per day at any branch.

Can I open a Demat Account with my SuperSavings Account?
 
Yes, you can open 4 free Demat Accounts with your SuperSavings Account. We will waive the account opening charges for all 4 Demat Accounts. Plus, our charges on the Demat services are amongst the lowest in the industry.

Do I have to pay for the Cheque-book, International Debit cum ATM Card, SMS Banking, Internet Banking, and PhoneBanking?
 
No. Apart from International Debit cum ATM Card, all other services come to you free of charge. These services have been introduced to make banking a convenient and a hassle-free option for you. The International Debit cum ATM Card has been packed with additional features to convert it to a virtual bank

What is the withdrawal limit on my International Debit cum ATM Card?
 
You can withdraw upto Rs 25,000 per day from your International Debit cum ATM card. You can also use your International Debit cum ATM card at over 3500 ATMs in India and 8.5 lakh locations worldwide. However, there is a small charge for using ATMs that do not belong to IDBI.
